To qualify for purchasing, customers must have a retail business license. We are strictly wholesale.

Price & Quantities: All prices are subject to change without notice. Quantities may be limited and will be shipped based upon shipment request dates. Items are continually being changed; consequently, we must apologize if your requested item becomes discontinued.

Payment Terms: For new customers, orders must be prepaid by cheque, C.O.D. (Cash or Certified Cheque Only), Visa, or MasterCard until a credit account is established. Net 30days upon approval.

Return Cheques Additional Service Charge of $10.00. Customer may be put on C.O.D. CASH. Credit Card only.

Minimum Order: $200

Freight: All shipments are FOB our warehouse. Freight is not included. To ensure safe shipping, customers may be asked to increase an order.

Direct Imports: Direct Import Program is available. Please contact our office.

Returns: A restocking fee of 20% plus all applicable shipping charges will be levied. All returned items must be in their original boxes and undamaged.

Damage Returns: (claim procedure)

1. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all shipments upon arrival. Failure to do so will exempt Hi-Line from assuming any responsibility.

2. Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Hi-Line’s Original Boxes without any writing on the box. No Exception.

3. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 30days. After 30days there is no service agreement. No Exception.

4. Clear pictures are required to claim defective merchandise with a copy of the invoice and RAN# if available. Please email to : info@hilinegift.com

5. We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise.

6. Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill / bill of lading, please inspect all boxes for damages. Please write a note on delivery receipt for the visible damages (carrier’s bill of lading). Failure to do so will exempt Hi-Line from assuming any responsibility.

7. All returned shipments must be freight prepaid with RAN number and original invoice.

8. No cash or credit card refunds. Exchange and store credit only.

9. For all damage claims, please have the original invoice and RAN number.

Note:

-Under this 30 days warranty, our liability is limited to replace the defective part or product, our first option is to supply replacement parts to remedy the defect and if this not possible we will send you a replacement item or repair at our discretion. If minor repairs can correct the problem, then we will give discount (internal account credit).

-Upon receipt of the Damaged or Defective product or products, our first option is to supply replacement on your next order. Unless otherwise arranged by the claim department a store credit will be issued.

- This warranty does not apply to any condition or damage which is not a defect, any condition or damage resulting from neglect, misuse or abuse, accident, unreasonable or unintended strain or use, or any condition resulting from incorrect or

inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, or any damage to or failure of the finish resulting from alcohol, water or cleaning substance or liquid damage, exposure to sunlight, household humidity, or incorrect application of chemical treatment or any protective coating applied by the retailer or the consumer.

Not eligible for claims:

1. Special purchases, including: Clearance items, inventory sales items, special discounts, open box items…etc.

2. Any item that is not in the original box with original packing materials.

3. Light bulbs, batteries.

4. Failure to follow claim procedure.

5. Returned claim items that are found to be in good /working condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Note: In such case HI-LINE GIFT LTD will contact you for your decision on whether to ship the item back to you at your expense or be refunded with 50% restocking fee and store credit.
