Interest at 2% per month (24% per annum) will be charged on overdue accounts
We reserve the right to hold shipments on accounts over 60 days
No claims allowed after 3 days receipt of merchandise
No deduction allowed from payment for defective items but credit will be give upon return
All returns must have a return authorization number
