All new customers are on a C.O.D. CASH basis. For C.O.D. CASH, all orders must be prepaid prior to shipment, you can either pay by credit card: VISA, MasterCard, Direct Debit, or by cheque ( the cheque must clear prior to shipment). Once payment is made, we will ship out the order. WE will contact you to arrange payment.

Upon completion of a properly filled-out Credit Application (one is enclosed), we will evaluate and give you NET 30 days (NET30) term. Credit and the amount pf credit is entirely dependant upon your credit history. Customers under NET30 must pay by company cheque or Direct Debit - credit cards will not be accepted for NET 30 customers. Please ensure that we receive your payments on time. Orders may not be shipped if your account is overdue. Overdue accounts may result im the cancellation of your credit privilege. We thank all our customers who are responsible and pay thier invoices on time.

A restocking fee of 20% plus all applicable shipping charges will be levied. all returned items must be in thier original boxes and undamaged.
